After our event, I wanted to express our satisfaction for the excellent service that you provided. You successfully move 9 vocational schools round trip for an event that we were holding for the Montreal School Boards students.
On my behalf and that of the team of organisers thank you for your professionalism and please relay to your teams that we appreciated their hard work!

Dear Mr. Panneton,
We apologize for the time that we took in writing to you about our satisfaction after our move with your company. On September 30th, we had the pleasure to welcome the movers that included your son Francis, Andre (the driver) and Glenn. They arrived ahead of time and started working right way dividing the workload. They worked hard, efficiently and professionally. They faced many difficulties like having to carry items through the back alley into our basement. The truck could not be parked there. We help them a little since it’s started to rain a bit. They took the time to disassemble our furniture-all in good humour and kindness.
The only issue that I should have clarified with you beforehand was lunch. We provided drinks (Gatorade), peanuts and chocolate but we didn’t think about lunch…. I hope we didn’t committed a faux pas.
One thing is for certain that we won’t hesitate in recommending you to whoever is looking for movers and we wish them the same team!

I wish to express my complete satisfaction regarding my move. It all started with the person that took my reservation last week (Linda, I think). She was very polite and efficient. The movers: Alexandre Menard, Gregory Frank and Steven Bastien were very efficient, professional and polite. Nothing was damaged. They pick up everything so when they left all was nice and clean. All my demands were answered with kindness and patience. We are happy to have dealt with you.

I wanted to highlight the excellent work done by your staff yesterday when I moved. The movers: Eric, Bébert & Karl are really good guys; they worked hard and non-stop without ever complaining and with a smile. Although your company`s reputation precedes you, I wanted to take a couple of minutes to thank you. This type of work is physically hard but those men were very pleasant and worked from morning to evening and did a great job. Everything went well, even faster than I would have thought since there were a lot of things to pack, move and transport. The men did everything to accommodate us and all was well organized and labelled. A professional job!! I would like that this message will be passed on to them and please know that I would recommend you to everybody. You are no. 1 in the province!!
